- Independent Contractor Agreement.
- Commission Schedule Addendums.
- W-9 IRS Tax Form.
Email the executed forms to us with a copy of your valid driver’s license, social security card, and current auto insurance naming Jose R. Collantes/The Golden Key Realty, as an additional insured at: info@thegoldenkeyrealty.com
Log into www.dre.ca.gov and click on eLicensing Online System. If you have never used eLicensing, you will need to complete the registration step to create a username and password. This will provide you access to the system.
If you are switching from another company to The Golden Key Realty, click on “change employer”. The license information of your current employer will be displayed. Click “yes” to change your current broker.
Enter the Broker Lic No 01032465 and click on “Display Employer Information” If the employer information is correct (Jose Rodibelson Collantes/The Golden Key Realty), click on “Save Employer Information”
When the system asks you if the broker is available now to certify the employment, click “No” and enter our email address: Info@thegoldenkeyrealty.com
Now click on “Save Email” and then click on “Finished”
eLicensing will send us an email to advise that your employment needs to be certified. As soon as we certify your employment, eLicensing will send you an email verifying that the process has been completed.
Now you can start doing business under The Golden Key Realty.
Note: If the broker’s email is not entered or is mistyped, eLicensing does not allow you to go back to correct it. You will need to let us know that your employment needs to be certified.
If you have no previous broker affiliation status, click on “Add Employer” instead of “change employer” when you start the process on eLicensing.
If you hold an active broker’s license, you only need to click on “Add/Change Your Main Address Only” when you start the process on eLicensing.
Send your new original real estate license to: The Golden Key Realty. 15004 Anola St. Whittier, CA 90604 (registered mail and return receipt is recommended).
Note: eLicensing does not automatically send you a new license when you change employer. You need to order it by filling the corresponding form or using eLicensing.
